I don't even think he knows what he means by "Increase power". It's just more gibberish by TWISM.

We haven't even discussed how he shares the conservative racist rooted belief that black people are dumb and only vote Democratic out of blind allegiance. He doesn't give black people credit for thinking through the issues, coming to a logical and rational conclusion and voting for a party that is more aligned with it's interests. He thinks like most racist conservatives that we vote Democratic in search of some white benevolent father figure to save us. Forgetting that black people used to vote Republican until the 1960s when they were overtaken by the Dixiecrats post Civil Rights legislation.

It's really quite insulting.
