Some are programmed to repeat "Nas was off beat" because in their minds Nas is only allowed to rap over a select type beat/sound and if the beat does not fit in that category it means Nas can't ride the beat. Some expectations of Nas' ability to float on certain beats is so bias and untrue. Nas is clearly on beat and if the nasayers truly listened to the song there isn't a distinct beat during Nas' verse. But, I guess that is the power of being brainwashed.

I think nikka's have in their head what his flow to the beat should sound like but he didn't so they automatically assume he's off beat.
