I could post way more examples but, just using this comparison, Biggie isn't using any more complex diction or multis than Pac. In fact, one could say Pac is using slightly more.
When you really analyze a lot of Pac and Biggie's songs, you realize that Biggie wasn't actually more complex than Pac. Jay's lyrics most RD didn't have a heavy focus on multis or big diction either.
None of the 3 rapped like Nas, G Rap, Rakim, Lupe, or Pharoah Monche but their lyrics were still great and they had flow and charisma.

Post RD Jay and BIG aren't multi rappers to begin with. Also in your comparison post you used Juicy, arguably BIG's simplest song. He's still raps slicker than Pac did.
