streams = sales, dc4 was not available for free download anywhere therefore its an album, every album is available on streaming sites for free in 2016

jeezy's shyt had the same rollout with way less hype and buzz and still did more
meek mill told his fans to BUY it.. shyt was an album and it flopped, and thats ok it happens to the best of us
