None of that shyt dont matter. People are holding athelets to a different standard than they would hold themselves. And GS winning the championship is not a foregone conclusion. They can be beat. Yes, they are the favorites, but ain't shyt impossible. And another thing that has been pointed out countless times is how nobody would complain if their team was the Warriors. nikkas acting like bytches over some goddamn sports. If it bothers people that much, and the shyt is so boring, then they should stop watching. Mothafukkas acting like the league about to die or something:rudy:

I definitely get the sentiment and udestand people's points, I just think don't agree and think the shyt is overblown.

Of COURSE we hold athletes to a different standard because its entertainment! Intellectually I fully get why someone would want to join the best. But as a person that watches the NBA for entertainment purposes, I, and many others, find the overall product less entertaining when there's an unbeatable team. And of COURSE if it was my team I'd love it because it is ENTERTAINING to watch your team dominate. This ain't complicated. I don't care what the VP of a textiles company does because I'm not watching their company for entertainment. I like when good actors join up in movies because that makes it entertaining. I'm here for the fun. KD made the league less fun for me which is why I didn't like it. Homie if you still find the league as fun and want to keep watching at the same level then do you, but I hate when cats act like its some sort of crazy talk when folks say 'the Warriors are unbeatable, I'm checking out'. OR when people love the league and still want to watch but hate that the ending is a forgone conclusion. Its a perfectly reasonable feeling to have.

Lebron & KD have basically the same legacy

Had to form superteams to win

Bron stans crying about KD is an absolute non-starter for me... They're immediately dismissed... Bron started this form superteams in your prime to shamelessy ringchase shyt...Has quit TWO teams to do it and is no doubt at this very moment working on the third... They gotta get all the way the fukk outta here with that asterisk shyt

Only in sports is taking the best path to success frowned upon smh. Imagine if you were in, let's say finance, and you were like fukk this compamy I'm with (in Oklahoma of all places) I'm about to join this finance company in Cali that's killing it. I will work with better people and we will be the best finance team in the country and it will be fun as well. And people called you soft for it:what:

Now couple that with you joining this company and being the best employee there.

KD quit on the only dude since Big O nikka to AVERAGE A TRIPLE FOR A SEASON , dude left a great team in his prime to join the 73 win team that beat him :russ:

Keep thinking that Mo Williams is = to Steph Curry or Westbrook :russ::russ:

Here guys go with the asterisk and nobody cares about the ring bullshyt :mjlol:

Like the NBA gonna fix their records to say *Well, the Warriors are the 2017 champions but they had KD so it's not fair:mjcry:* because you internet nikkas say so

Ya'll gon stay mad forever:mjlol::umad:

you say this like half of the media's sports conversations aren't comparison based. nikkas still argue about Bird vs Magic. The whole 'nobody will care in 20 years' is just a lie. People still argue about where Pippin should be rated or if Dirk's ring puts him above Barkley and say KG can't be as good as Duncan because rangs. Of course the circumstances of the Dubs before KD will matter in terms of reputation and legacy which matters to people these days. If it don't matter to you then cool but it ain't like anyone will forget

Lebron is still playing and in the time span of his career he got drafted to Cleveland then went to Miami then went back to Cleveland but people KILLED him for it ala Kevin Durant today....

People look at Lebron in a much more positive light, because when you mention Miami you mention rings. People will remember, but there won't be all this outrage if they keep winning.

Who cares if the circumstances are a little different, the prime objective was to get rings

Does Deion Sanders catch flack for joining that stacked '94 49ers team?
:stopitslime:
If Deion was playing QB..
He would have..
But he got some heat for it too..
But he went and got More or just as much money to join them.. (example) he didn't blow a 22 point lead in the forth then join them
