Whether it's right or wrong, people are gonna put an * by his championship ring. Me personally I stopped giving af a long time ago because most people are all over the place when using rings when discussing legacies. However, I do think it weighs on KD's mind because he always in the media saying something

If they become a dynasty and win 3+ rings they wont. But if this is short lived, this will always be an asterik on his career when compared to other greats.
Now he needs 3? :mjlol: LeBron didn't even get 3 with his super team and they were promising not 5, not 6, not 7...
Only in sports is taking the best path to success frowned upon smh. Imagine if you were in, let's say finance, and you were like fukk this compamy I'm with (in Oklahoma of all places) I'm about to join this finance company in Cali that's killing it. I will work with better people and we will be the best finance team in the country and it will be fun as well. And people called you soft for it:what:
Crabs in a barrel. They wanted him to try and fail in DC because that's where he's from and he told y'all in advance he didn't wanna be there.

Yea bruh. If he wants to be mentioned among the greats like Magic, Bird and Jordan he's gonna have to have an amazing run with the Warriors. Otherwise, they'll always say "well he had to join the Warriors"

Same would have applied to Lebron, but he has too many losses on his bet now

yeah. Lebron hit that Game Winning 3 over the 2x MVP Steph Curry then shut him down in the biggest defensive stop in NBA history

And how did they get to the last minutes of Game 7 for Kyrie/Love to make those plays when they were down 3-1?

Yeah I know Kyrie was ballin but if you replace Lebron with KD or Paul George or Melo or Kawhi, do you honestly think the Cavs are winning that series after being down 3-1?

I didn't hate Durant pre GS and I didn't hate GS pre Durant

But it's just so hard to respect that move

Sure they still have to play the games and Durant did his thing in the finals

But it's still kinda like.....so what...of course they won and of course he went off

It reminded me when the Yankees won 114 games THAN traded for Clemens it was like why even watch baseball anymore and of course they won two more titles

It's just hard to give him his due

Nah....being the most dominant scorer of his era and a champion is his legacy bro.
In your bandwagon head breh, and obly ib there. In the real world he coukd have 6 rings and never be mentioned in the same sentence as MJ, Kobe or Shaq.

Joining the team that beat you is p*ssy azz shyt. Of course if it benefits your favorite team it's great news: but to all other people, he's a coward who didn't stay and fought again like a true champion.

That's a plastic ring.

If Warriors three peat they'll be legendary no matter what y'all say. Kobe never 3 prayed as the best player on a team. Lebron never did either. If kd does it :umad:
