I just read the article...its not that bad...she's kinda saying:

1. since black men aren't given the same presumption of innocence
2. that they tend to support people who they feel are wrongly accused
3. she mentions someone who was exonerated years later as a defense of this viewpoint

I didn't know black men were expressing sympathy towards Brett Kavanaugh, but hey if a woman said it.

Yeah I’m not necessarily agreeing with that either. The article could’ve been written without Kavanaugh being mentioned at all. It’s more about the unjust treatment of blacks in the jail system. But writers will do anything for clicks nowadays :snoop:
