I grew up in Palm Beach County in the early 90s. nikkas used to target, rob, and terrorize what they call "Guats" for no other reason than them being hispanic, possibly illegal, didn't speak English, work for cash, and we're low in numbers in the hood. Is that an example of racism? nikkas calling latinos "Guats" is that racist speak?

Since when where Chinese people historically affected by black people being racist toward them so much so that it’s affected their economy and standards of living.
