Let me give you a personal example. I grew up in Palm Beach County in the early 90s. nikkas used to target, rob, and terrorize what they call "Guats" for no other reason than them being hispanic, possibly illegal, didn't speak English, work for cash, and we're low in numbers in the hood. Is that an example of racism? nikkas calling latinos "Guats" is that racist speak?

There's nothing on there about calling people names or robbing them. What you described is everyday violence. And no I'm not being self-serving by defining racism this way. I'm going by the OFFICIAL definition.

Racism is defined as the BELIEF in the superiority or inferiority of people based on race. You could be the sweetest kindest person on earth, but if you believe different groups are superior or inferior to others then you would be a racist. Racism has nothing to do with liking or respecting other races. Its only to do with believing some people are better than others for no other reason but their race.

This is why black people cannot be racist. We have been oppressed by others in the last 500 years. Thus its impossible for us to believe we are superior just based on our skin color. We know the ideas of racial supremacy are bullsh*t. White people can't say the same since they have dominated the world for the last 500 years and spread an ideology of white supremacy.
