He has it

He has a great catalog with a lot of great music. Most of his fans specifically the ones who grew up with him in the same age have his 1st album as a classic.


JD should be quiet tho as these type of announcements never work. Nobody was going around calling Confessions the new Thriller before it dropped

I think they moved beyond what may have happened. The show went on for their scheduled event at the time....none felt to need to postpone or refund or partial refund the show.

JD would make an R&B classic, but Thriller is a POP classic, which is different.
I actually think the Neptunes would be the best bet to pull it off since Justified was nothing but throwaway tracks meant for MJ in the first place



Pharrell and Chad sampling Human Nature here makes me think he'd get the closest to the sound that Chris would need to do it.

Pharrell and Chad could pull it off but not Pharrell by himself. But tbh I think Chris would need to have a mix of old and new producers but keep a limit of 4. Two Modern and Two In the Past.
