Seinfeld in and of itself would be nowhere near the level of success it was had it not been for everyone around it.
From the cast members to the reoccurring characters, to alot of the episodes that were written by the other writers/directors, Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld are lucky as fukk Jews that had a dream team of talent working with them and they nourished it.

People still think that Jerry Seinfeld the comedian is the reason for the show's Seinfeld's success; Nope, far from it. They actually make a meta jab at this within the series when Jerry the Comedian gets his own show and it tanks.

The key to getting really rich off entertainment is make something black folks will find entertaining but run it through a white filter. For instance you take Living Single and run it through the white filter and you have Friends. Seinfeld is basically all the absurdity you would find in a black comedy but ran through a filter. Martin is basically Seinfeld with the filter taken off.
