What do you mean it doesn't have a team? If that was the case, neither does D.C. Or Dallas.NYC sucks. It doesn't even have a team.
The Jets have done anything that mattered since they overpayed for Neil O'Donnell, they can be
given to punk-ass St. Louis...they might even be loved there.
And NYC is not racist![]()
NFL didn't say the dome isn't suitable. That's such a huge misnomer from people that weren't following what happened. The city of STL signed a bad lease to get the Rams here. The dome had to be what the lease language said was "top tier" or like top third of all league stadiums or the lease would go year to year in 2015. So because of all the new stadiums built since 1995 when the dome was completed, it was practically impossible to make the dome "top tier" without a nearly billion dollar renovation or a new stadium itself. The dome as it is right now is in very good shape, nothing remotely close to what the Chargers were playing in in San Diego or Oakland Colesium. The loose lease language just allowed that fakkit Kroenke to have a way to leave.Something pulled out of his ass. NFL already said the dome isn't nfl suitable and league left St. Louis twice in less than 30 years

If that was the case, neither does D.C. Or Dallas. This is just a dumb statement

Again....north NJ where the Giants and Jets play is made up mostly of New Yorkers and is 5 minutes outside the city.I mean it doesn't have a team. Both the teams play in New Jersey.
That's pertinent because the issues was multiple football teams playing in one place.
New York City doesn't have to worry about that like L.A. does (and neither do DC or Dallas, btw), as
both Jets and Giants games get played in a whole other state...a state New Yorkers stay trying to
claim they don't have any parts of.
Get real nikkano diss to LA
but lets be real - the only passion in sports they have is strickly for the lakers

Skins play in Maryland. Cowboys aren't even in Dallas.
This is just dumb.
St.Louis....JETS....:redmanscust: it even SOUNDS nasty. As much as I dont like the Jets, st.Louis tho???

I'm in Bergen County. Jets House meets in the city. Season ticket holder meetings are in the city. The parade for Super bowl wins happen in the city. All of their major events are all in the city. Nothing goes on in NJ besides practice and games. Absolutely nothing.the Jets play in NJ, are stationed in NJ (Florham Park) and all of their revenues would be claimed by the state of New Jersey. do they do any official team activity in the state of NY?
Bergen Co. has its share of transplants, but to say its mostly NY'ers is overboard
I live in NJ and shyt on here....yet New Yorkers stay tryin' to chit on Jersey. Say i'm wrong...
...And those two teams don't have chit to do with this convo anyway, because we talkin' about places with two teams.
My six year old hears it all the time from his mom and I cracking on him being born in NJ.
That's what we do. I don't see how that means anything to your point.

New York City, like D.C. doesn't have the physical room for a stadium. This is an old city like D.C.Yeah...but New Jersey has two football teams, and New York City does not.
So for @kingofnyc to act like New York City has some enviable football heritage doesn't make any sense.
That's my point.
