I meant in general for surgeries. but for her, pre and post I think she was fine. I think her features are flawless actually. her nose doesnt look all that great in THAT picture, but in this older pic, pre-surgery, you see that it's actually fine. it gives her a more african american look. (and thats a good thing, not a bad thing)

yea it was airbrushed but the nose wasn't manipulated, shrunk or anything. its more so to make the skin look clear, like covering pores.
HMMMMM r u sure, friend. Looks like the nose shadows were lightened which makes her nose look lighter.
