The fact is that the resurgence of open overt white supremacy is all about whites not liking the current perception of the country and where they think the country is headed in the future. When they say "make America great again" they mean make America white again. It's not about whites being intolerant of people who criticize the country because they do it all of the time. Whites are only intolerant of certain criticisms. You've got to be a real simple dumb motherfukker if you think that you can take these people and what they say at face value. Trump didn't win because of white supremacy. He won because he lied to the general public and said he was gonna make everything better for everyone and people were desperate enough to believe him. All of that is irrelevant to this thread anyway because almost nobody cares about why Kaepernick took a knee for the national anthem. All they care about is that he did it and when asked about it doubled down on it by essentially saying he has no pride in the country. You honestly think these people care why he doesn't? They don't. Maybe you should take a look at Trump's approval ratings before you pop off at the mouth. If people voted him in to be the white supremacist in chief why are his approval ratings in the toilet? Pandering to white supremacists is about the only thing he's doing a decent job at these days.
