The Paradoxical World of Spiritual Enlightenment: We are nothing but we are everything - Enlightenment Podcast
I also love this explanation:
Just remember, everything is as it is. It's your thoughts that tell you otherwise.

https://thecoffeelicious.com/be-the-person-you-needed-when-you-were-younger-f9ac0dfb201fJim is at an advanced stage in his life and and I would say his ex committing suicide had a lot to do with it. Sure Jim was enlightened before but that happening further advanced it. When you are rich and have everything in the world and life still decides to mess shyt up for you question your very existence. Most average people like myself don't have the time to get this point because we are too consumed with are jobs, family, social media and other bullshyt. I guarantee when most of us are on our deathbed what Jim is sayin will become alot more prevalent.
I also love this explanation:
You can climb mount Everest with no free will. Your body and mind will do whatever they are capable of doing, no more, no less. How do you know what they're capable of doing? You don't! That's why you gotta try. Sometimes you will succeed, sometimes you will fail. But if you never try, you'll never know what you could have accomplished.
Just remember, everything is as it is. It's your thoughts that tell you otherwise.
