Cam'ron has 3 personal classics (SDE, Purple Haze, and Come Home). Most, not all, of Jim Jones projects are solid to good. To me it's like comparing Derrick Rose to Andre Miller. One was at his peak an all-time great but injuries and other things got in the way and he fell off (Though he's come back in the last two seasons). The other has been consistently "okay" his entire career.
Jim has cultivated better music than cam..
That's been true while max was there and after he left..
If you wanna bring ghostwriting into it, then that's a separate issue...
But if we talking just about the music, capo has had the upperhand for awhile..
Camron just doesn't have it in him anymore to create replayability in his music at a consistent level...
