i mean breh had 175 targets on the year. still finished with 100+ catches and 1100 yrds. them TDs dropped tho. I understand the frustration with Jimmy G but damn that is still a great year

I know he says he dont have regrets over leaving. but he couldve been balling with this man
but he couldnt predict the future and that JLove wouldve been as good as he was

I’m saying, I understand where he coming from, but he HAD to know going to the Raiders wasn’t a good move. Yeah, you got the bag, but think about it, why did the Raiders have that kinda bread to begin with?

It’s usually the trash teams with a bunch of money to spend. Cmon big dog, how many other people went to the Raiders in their prime and it paid off for them career-wise? Yeah you’ll get the bag, but you gon be playin on a lot of 8-9 or worse type teams

I don’t even know if he want to get back with Arod at this point…

To be fair he won big games for them and led them to the Super Bowl. He's not dedicated or talented enough to be great but at one point he was a solid system QB good teams could win with.

Jimmy G didn't lead anything.

The bolded is more accurate. He was carried along.

He couldn't have predicted they were gonna downgrade in QB every year lol (although it's arguable if Jimmy G or Minshew is worse)
He was cool playing with Carr, which is why he's even put out he would like to go to either NY to play with Aaron or NO to play with Carr again

Besides the money, the Raiders had just come off making the playoffs and was 1 play away from beating the Bengals in the first round, who went to the Superbowl that year.

Carr was the QB, who was his college teammate. He was unsure about Rodgers future with the Packers too

And it seemed like they were building to be a contender. Going into the season a lot of analysts had the Raiders winning 10-11 games.

It's easy to say now it's a bad move, but at the time, it made sense.

Raiders should have been shopping Devante as soon as they benched Carr.
