Why not use your 1st or 4th and draft a QB? This guy played two games and got hurt but I gotta give up a first? I'd rather go O line in the first, grab Watson in the second or Kaaya, and fill a need in the fourth.

All these teams that are perpetually searching for QB's passed on good ones. Houston passed on Russ and Dak. Maybe if O'Brien would expand his standards beyond being tall and white he'd have a ring. The Jets took Hackenburg over Dak:mindblown:. They had him rated 2nd overall on football IQ. He can't play physically but he's got the mental part down:heh:. The Cowboys wanted Connor Cook and and lucked up. I don't know what these GM's and scouts are seeing.

Take it from me, I am a bonafide Jimmy G stan. I wanted to play his ass after that 2015 Chiefs game.

He is the real fukkin deal. His release is possibly quicker than Brady's, smooth, natural delivery, good feet, mobile, maybe only 3-4 active QB's can throw a better deep ball them him.

He'll be a top 5 QB in 5 years.

You gotta be a complete moron to trade a 1st and 4th for a guy with 1 year left on his deal and only started 2 games

I know some stupid team will do it but its a bad move

I know one thing if the Pats trade him to another afc team then that means they know he lowkey trash

If the Pats believed that they wouldn't be trading him

Do you think Watson and/or Kaaya will be better than Garoppolo?

AND, especially with Kaaya, how long are you trying to wait? Teams make moves like this because for a GM, if Garoppolo is as advertised, he'll save your job, whereas in Mike Maccagnan's case, he'll be fired before we'll ever know if he was right about Hackenberg

Who's more proven:

A young quarterback who studied under a Hall of Fame QB and coach, and actually started and won a couple games in the NFL or...

A young quarterback fresh outta college who nobody knows how, if ever, he will adjust to the league.

Seems like a no brainier...the only advantage a QB in the draft has over Jimmy is age, unless you getting a can't miss prospect like Peyton etc.

would struggle to give them a 1st, because of the limited sample size. he seems to be able to make most throws, and ran their O well when he was in

not surprised they are shopping him, Brissett looked very solid in limited time. Brady aint going anywhere so they might as well groom him and get a top 40-50 pick for Jimmy

Bears trade for Garrapolo and get Sean Payton

I can see that as a possibility

If that did happen, please keep Fangio and stay out of his way for defensive matters

They actually wanted Paxton Lynch, he was the top QB on their draft board. They tried trading up, but they were tryna lowball Seattle.

Jerry Jones was on record admitting to it and regretting it

Pats asking crazy price for him, 1st and a 4th.

I think they're aiming for mid-level teams in need of a QB with this, they're not aiming for desperate bottom of the barrel teams (Browns, 49ers, Jets, Bears) due to the fact they know they're not getting a top 5 pick for the guy.

They're aiming for that Texans, Broncos, Bills, Cardinals range as they might actually get a mid-round 1st and a 4th for the guy.

Whoever gets him has to be ready to pay him, i`d be cool with SF taking a shot for their 2nd which will be either 33 or 34, and maybe like a 5th and 6th
the Browns and Cards are the only teams I can see doing this, especially since the Browns have that ammo from the Wentz trade
