IF DEMs did want to get into a fire fight with republicans strengthening progressive voices in the DNC would be their best bet. I still think ya'll would lose to republicans. This is why, as fukked up as it is right now, we have to go through this cycle of destruction. And once they do they're going to lash out physically (already happening) and politically and will be looking for a way out.
