I freeze up around women I become visually shook. It's been like this since I was a child.

I understand that. I'm telling you the less time u spend around women it won't go away. Freeze up, look dumb. Give it time and you'll be back to normal. You've trained yourself by avoiding to thinking being in presence of a female is a uncommon thing.

It's very common. I used to be a social recluse petrified with social anxiety. I am now a very social person.

The best things I can say is exposure and realizing people aren't thinking about you as much as you think they are. Most people are afraid of the same things they just camouflage it better
