I don't talk to them and I try my best to avoid them. It has gotten so bad that I started taking all my college course online so I don't have to interact with women. I only go shopping late night or early morning so I can avoid girls my age. I feel so weak and pathetic because of the way i'm living. I didn't even go to my family holiday party because my cousins girl friends were gonna be there.

Just talk to the women who want to be around you. You say you have no issues speaking to older women so keep practicing on older women who are not family. Speak to women who don't intimidate you. You will learn.

You're a man. A black man. A 6'4 black man. You have much bigger issues to navigate through in life like finding a stable career, racism, staying alive, etc. Dealing with women should and will be the easiest of those problems for you.
