Job Interview Horror Stories

absolutely not all my interviews go exceptionally well
however 2 ppl that applied to my dept cried in the interview. weird
drop the stories
Most of my interview experiences have been bad. I'm a nervous person and took forever to build some self confidence.
Anyways here's my absolute worst that happened this summer after grad:
I had the chance to get a second interview for my dream job at a top company with other recent grads. I had to travel and I was so excited. I interviewed with 2 white guys who were friendly and said I'd be a great fit. My final interview was with the top boss, an older white lady.
She was so rude to me, she didn't shut off her phone and was giving me really curt responses. Then she said I should be more excited or something. She talked to me like I was dirt.
As soon as I left I knew I didn't get it. I cried on the long ride home. I got the rejection two days later and was depressed for the rest of the summer.

idk much details cuz I didn't interview them. What I heard was 2 women in 2 sep job interviews broke down crying less than 10 minutes into the interview and couldn't continue. what a great look for us ladies huhdrop the stories

He kept talking trying to convince me not to leave. I felt so disrespected but I kept it professional. Just walked away quietly
I've been in quite a few interviews where the interviewer will act like they feeling you, tell you they will have a decision by few days or a week and they'll call...only for 3-4 days to go by no call and when you call or email you getting the run around or curved completely...real in the field

I make them make a decision after 2 weeks, this is why there is no "Dream job" or career. This is all touch and go. If they can't make a decision in 2 weeks or less and I estimate from a business perspective they need me desperately, I move on. They are either talking to some CAC with the same qualifications or perhaps a younger less qualified guy asking for a cheaper rate or whatever else. My jobs pay $100k+ but are niche and technical requiring 5+ years experience so there is pretty much no reason to be deliberating more than 2 weeks, 3 weeks tops when the person who was previously there has already been gone a month and you're bleeding productivity. I know only about 2-3 candidates exist and are available or actively looking at any given moment for my job function.
Sometimes they decide to "restructure" after someone leaves and become even more lean as it is despite all signs showing the business is growing and more staff is needed to adequately maintain integrity of work at this scale. But these CACs all they care about is money in their own pockets not overall business health. They are looking to run a janky operation for a few years then cash out and dissappear once they've earned $1 million or so "their cut" of the Amerikkkan pie.

I've had one or two occasions when I'm trying to bullshyt a question and I damn near zone out. It's like an out of body experience. I completely forgot what the question even was and started rambling and stumbling about random stuff.
applied for a job that said access to vehicle required even though i had no car or license assumed fakkits just being extra about punctuality
interview going great then they begin going through the job duties and i literally need to have a car and drive around and shyt
i say i cant
he pulls out my app fakkit printed it out and asks why i lied about having access to a vehicle
i said wtf i didnt lie i do have access to a vehicle
hes looking at me like wtf
tell him "the bus is a vehicle is it not?"
