I had 3 phone interviews with corporate Burger king for an HR internship in Miami.
First two interviews, I killed them.
Then got on the line with the CFO for a case study interview.
She start asking me Accounting/Business questions in case scenarios (I hadn't even took accounting courses yet!)
her: what's the main profit lines for BK and how they can be increased
me:
her: not really...
]
her: if you had to start a BK with 500,000 where would you allocate costs and drive customers in?
me:
her: I was thinking more of this....
her: what would be the pricing strategies to roll out a new menu
me:
her: not exactly..
..

She closed the convo talking about how important accounting knowledge is in HR

I had no alternative and it was like 7am so none of the stores were open. Now I'm panicking 




then sat me at the terminal to test which had me like
..needless to say i left that place knowing tight as mufukka knowing for sure i was not getting a call back. learned a valuable lesson that day...whatever skills are required make sure im solid in them..first and last interview that ill fail a skills assessment test
they were paying like 30 hourly
. That's the legit feeling when you get bodied by an interview question
at the beginning of the interview to
