Also, anyone saying don't give money to Ukraine, that is different. Congress approved that spending. Congress holds the purse (Yall should know how a government works by now) so they can say yay to one thing and nay to another. There isn't a hard limit to how much the President can spend but its all determined by Congress. That Ukraine money wasn't sitting there for him to just decide to use on whatever.
