For real, this was the most lackluster battle in some time. I couldn’t even be bothered to listen to both disses. They have no history and there was no real reason to be beefing
It’s really that simple. Don’t tell me pusha is too good for Jim. He was, he should be, but if that’s the case you ignore him or you give him ‘half a bar’.

There’s a long history of hard 1 liners that did the job, you’re verbally and status wise superior and the way you address them shows it.
Push didn’t do that. He gave a whole verse to Jim in his classic ‘cryptic dope dealer chic’ delivery. It just didn’t stick and we got no follow up so that is the diss record. It was weak

Pusha T's last 2 albums were both critically acclaimed and Grammy nominated. Last 2 albums debuted at #3 and #1 on the Billboard 200. Jim Jones was and still is on Love and Hip Hop and his last album from 2019 debuted at #114 on the Billboard 200.
It just sounds like hating on your part to try and dismiss Pusha T or even compare him to Jim Jones. Push is still very much relevant in rap. Obviously he's not Drake Cole or Kenny level but he factors in.
