Doubt it breh ...HIGHLY doubt it he didn't talk to bad about puff but he was talking to joe hell he even passive aggressively address some stuff that has been said on this podcast...

Budden did a podcast where he said that as a HUGE fan of Drake, that he sounded uninspired on the new album and that it was wack. He also alluded to the fact that he's letting pressure from Jay and others behind the scenes distract him from being great.
Shortly after that there was some snippet of Drake and French song where he's talmbout some "pump it up" shyt like there might be some shots on it. Joey is basically saying Drake heard the podcast and is throwing some little darts his way just because he was honest and that if he continues he's going to get him.

Im telling you know if Joe budden and this nikka battle ...I don't want to hear about money ...how much drake gets for a walk threw...how many number 1 he's got. I personally think joe would get the best of him. In this generation all people care about how much money they make not lyrics at all ...you strip all money and shyt away nikkas is scared to get the breaks beatin off them on the mic thoe.

...I'm not debating the French song might be thrown shots at him....but on this song,the whole song got references to Puffy and Badboy,from beginning to end....doesn't make much sense Drake would address budded in between shots at Puff...and definitely doesn't make sense that Drake would record a song to throw subliminal at Puff a year or two after getting smacked...that would be some ho shyt to still be in ya feelings a year later but ain't did shyt about it
...makes more sense to me it's a old track,nothing blatant Goin at budded other than he in his feelings hard to...probaly got one line on that French song,but he Makin it like Drake think in bout him every song now...just a bunch of nameless subliminal like usual from Drake,that could fit a lot of people.

Given joes previous history with diss tracks, and the fact he can't wait for this to happen knowing he'd have to show out with the amount he'd have riding on it..I don't see how anyone could say Joe wouldn't get the best of him (lyrically/battle wise of course, the mainstream will always ride with drake), there's also a lot of behind the scenes shyt Joe keeps alluding to that he won't discuss on his podcast or in interviews too.
