The whole conversation about who the better rapper is, I personally think it's Jay Electronica.

But to simplify things...

If you put Joe and Jay Electronica on the same record, I think Electronica spanks Joe. And I think having to listen to the verses on the same beat back to back will make the difference apparent

I disagree, his flow was off, raps weren’t that inspiring. Beats weren’t that great either. It was a short project so he should have killed this it was perfect and he fumbled to me. I’ll give it more listens though.
