He was in love and hip hop, so I assume he was making enough money, and he admitted that he wanted to finance the group himself.i'm talking about if he was set on no deals but wanted to get it financed.

I don't think Joe ever considered himself friends with Crook, but I think Crook thought him and Joe were friendly. I never got the impression they were close, but cool. Joe and Royce, Royce and Crooked and Crooked and Joell seemed to all be legit friends. Every other relationship between the 4 was more just business/cool-ish.

I would've thought so too initially, but Royce and Joe have very close personalities the more Royce has put himself out there.I do think Joell & Joe were close...at one point. In the beginning, they were the 2 that hung out the most. They did argue a lot though. That Move On argument was crazy...then Joe put the argument in the bars, basically taking a shot at Joe.
Honestly, I was shocked that Royce and Joe formed a group with everything that was going on between them during that time. It boggles the mind that they've become close...especially given their personalities.

It's obvious to me that Joell lied about them turning the deal down
I think he basically just figured that Joe be on some bullshyt
( which is not bullshyt to Joe he just wants the business $$ to be right)
and Joell figured fukk it lets not spend time trying to get it right in the eyes of Joe we can cut him out and make money without him and since Royce said he wanted Joe included he figured that Royce was out too cause Joe is gonna drag this out and we not waiting on him
Sounds like all they really needed to do was get together and hash the shyt out before moving forward so everyone was clear on what was gonna happen and they didn't do that and in my opinion
That's not right they should be better than that.
I think this is great promotion for the album cause I wanna hear it now.
But Joel definitely did some shady shyt there and maybe he felt justified because Joe can be up & down
That's what it looks like to me
They know that Joe was telling them no, without having to say it. He does so all the time. If that weren't the case, there'd be no reason for Royce to even put that out there about not wanting to do it without Joe. Crooked been fighting for years to get the release from Shady. They'd been reaching out to get things right.Watching the full video
