Joe didn't lead those Suns teams, he was the 4th guy on those teams. Joe was fine when he signed his first contract with the Hawks. He was solid, putting up AS numbers and leading them to the playoffs while making $13 mil. Once he got that 2nd contract his pay didn't match his output
