No wonder so much foul shyt happens there. It's damn near legal just to carry it. You can legally carry a gun before you can buy cigarettes or watch porn in Louisiana. That's crazy
That's not just Louisiana man.. It's like this in damn near every state in the South and Midwest..

Check out Virginia gun laws for an example. You get 5 minutes outside of D.C. and ANYTHING goes.. You don't even need a license to open carry most places in "Real America".

Dudes in metropolitan areas are sitting ducks.

:mjcry: Somehow...someway I already see where this headed. Mcknight "initiates" physical altercation...cac felt physically threatened. Rock a bye baby. No charges filed...brothas riot nd loot...rinse n repeat
Sorry to say, but that's how I've heard the situation played out.

I heard
Joe followed the shooter for a few miles, got out his car and went to drivers side of the shooters car. Altercation happened shooter fired 3 shots.

Dude I know says the witness testimony isn't jiving with the evidence found on the scene . So......

Also there are no traffic cameras on that intersection.

IMO if Joe got out his car and confronted ol boy then he wasn't thinking.

If that's the case and I hope its not then no charges will be filed. Stand your ground is written loose enough to prove self defense if Joe ran up on his window and followed him what jury isn't going to think he was the aggressor. I will wait for ALL THE FACTS. It is a travesty but in the south we all know EVERYBODY is strapped. I come from ATL and we can legally carry a fully loaded weapon in your car/business/home no permit needed. Think about that

Welcome to life under Republican rule. If you think that's bad, take a look at the private jails in Louisiana. An utter joke.

All you had to say is red states. All these states are loose with everything except for the shyt that offends the religious right.

I know about laws about some of those states, but since I live in a police state, I live in one extreme and then go to Florida and see my brother in law with a war chest of guns.

shyt is wild
