Sorry to say, but that's how I've heard the situation played out.

I heard
Joe followed the shooter for a few miles, got out his car and went to drivers side of the shooters car. Altercation happened shooter fired 3 shots.

Dude I know says the witness testimony isn't jiving with the evidence found on the scene . So......

Also there are no traffic cameras on that intersection.

IMO if Joe got out his car and confronted ol boy then he wasn't thinking.

They gonna rule it a justifiable homicide if this is true.

I wonder if the family will give permission to have his brain examined for CTE?

If that's the case and I hope its not then no charges will be filed. Stand your ground is written loose enough to prove self defense if Joe ran up on his window and followed him what jury isn't going to think he was the aggressor. I will wait for ALL THE FACTS. It is a travesty but in the south we all know EVERYBODY is strapped. I come from ATL and we can legally carry a fully loaded weapon in your car/business/home no permit needed. Think about that

Real talk. I live in NOLA, not the suburbs. If a nikka get out his car to confront you better have a pistol on you. I'm willing to bet had this incident happened in mid city, uptown, or the 7th ward. Joe would have not got out his car. I'm sorry he had to lose his life, but when you do shyt like this you can't control the next mans response.

While ol dude may have been let out as of now. I think he's going to be found guilty in the end. There's nothing that justifies shooting an unarmed man from the inside of your car. Dude ain't no cop either so it's not like he's protected by them.

Now that I've said that, no matter how pissed I've been on the road I don't even sweat shyt unless I hit something. It's not worth it in the end.

:francis: McKnight put himself in a BAD spot getting OUT of the his vehicle and approaching dudes.

in this situation you might feel scared or whatever, but where do you draw the line. if i accidentally spill a drink on someone and they turn around with a dirty look am i now legally entitled to pull out a pistol and shoot them in the face because that dirty look could have been a precursor to violence? sure in situations like these you might be fearful, but jumping the gun and shooting someone because you think theres the possibility of violence shouldnt be treated in the same manner as a situation when your life is literally at risk.

IF this is true then I can't be mad at the shooter. I questioned earlier in this thread about the shooter saying, "I told you not to fukk with me".

I'll wait and see what releases
