One thing that's overlooked about the Process is that it extended down into practice and rehabilitation. They basically nursed Embiid back to health, and developed his jump shot and post moves in the process. He got drafted and didn't play for 2 years. They used a data driven approach to build him up and develop his skills. When Hinkie was fired that system was dismantled. Who knows what they're doing now. Embiid is playing with torn MCLs and diving on the floor and shyt when he should be playing closer to Jokic/preserving his body in every way possible.
