He also almost let him sub back in after the injury, Coach James had to intercede and send Embiid to the bench. This actually happened and I couldn't believe it.
And Doc Rivers fukked up because he refused to give Paul Reed regular season minutes to build his confidence in game and now he's going to have a trial by fire against Miami
Plus Doc didn't replace a three years expired DAJ with a usable player
