I’m aware of Hogan’s racist shyt as well as the other stuff he did. I was just saying how white people always try to exaggerate how long ago something racist took place.
I get calling him out, but what will it actually help? Is the goal really for him to “do better” like he always says? Most of the time when people apologize after being called out, no one ever accepts the apology. On the flip side, white people can be very vengeful. Remember how that country singer Morgan Wallen became an even bigger star after he used the n-word? I didn’t even know who he was prior to that. I even remember that one baseball player who used the n-word a few years ago, and in his next game, he received a standing ovation. People might fukk around and make Joey Swoll a multi-millionaire because whites feel he’s being wronged. I saw some comments saying he should’ve never taken down the post and those comments received thousands of likes. He deserved to get called out for his response to the backlash, but as far as the initial post about Hogan, who gives a fukk? I had old friends and even some relatives posting RIPs to Hogan. I didn’t comment under their post. I simply made my own post on my page where I pointed out his racism and being a terrible person overall.
