I have never seen a former top top guy phased out like Cena was..weird.

Because Cena is showing he can make good money without Vince. Vince don't like that shyt. Even the Rocks contract quietly expired in 04.

At first I started to hate Cena when he was megapushed, but as time went on, I could see how the Wrestlers that Cena never put over really seemed special. He jobbed to Punk and Bryan, not to mention Bryan going over was very clean; no interference, just a simple running knee.

Plus in a tragic way, or maybe not tragic, but I think people who really hated John, started to really get into him as he began his farewell as it was clear that 'his time' was over and they were pushing the new guys.
