Gus Bradley was great...we sent him away, got Dan Quinn, he was great, and we'll send him away too; someone else will take his place and we will still be the best defense because we have the personnel. If you don't have the personnel, which the Broncos don't (bunch of old guys), then the coach won't matter...our defense is young, hungry, and fast and every position has a great player. The Broncos are not.

Unless you want the guaranteed bread, suck for three years, get canned and move on to another coordinator/positions job.
