this is a BIG R.I.P. for me because Coach Thompson and Georgetown literally changed the culture of bball and it was during my youth. White people HATED Georgetown (called them thugs and all types of shyt)...and we LOVED them because here was a black coach (and there werent very many prominent ones in D-1 at that time) that came along and built all-black squad and made them in to a NATIONAL power. Also during his time was golden age of Big East. Shame no Georgetown coach after him has been able to duplicate his success even for a short period because he did all the heavy lifting. He's a pioneer in my book. Love you coach!

Bruh, I legit did not know that. What squad? I feel like I would know if Zo, AI, Dikembe or Ewing had a chip
