Can't forget at 26 LeBron had terrible coaching and was gassed against the Mavs. At least that was until the finals, but still..If Lebron never gets tired then let that be that. Lebron James is an ongoing conversation as the best to ever do it. No point in bringing his name up as some sort of referendum against Wall, Westbrook or anyone else
When you're tired, chasing the opposing teams best perimeter player around screens, and still run the offense this happens........when you're not in great shape. Not enough to endurance to go off the dribble, not enough confidence in the jumper.
Bron bounced back and got in better shape (better game) the next year. Up to Wall to do the same.
I still think Brooks could have helped Wall by simply having Oubre in the game to guard Thomas. Put Wall on Smart and he probably has more energy to close the game. But hey...Superstars gotta rise above fukkery. Hopefully Wall learns from it.
