Wizards have to use assets to dump Wall and they should not be in a rush to do that.

Giving up assets just to dump his contract without any assurances that Beal will remain in DC long term? No way.

Bertans just re-signed for 5 years $80M, he has an opt out after year 4. So, $64M over the next 4 as the baseline. For a top 5 shooter who is 6 ft 10... I mean, he is going to be worth it IMO. He isn't old either.

Wall as we know is making $130M over the next 3 years.

The Wizards are going to have to attach a pick or young player or both to move Wall. Why would you be in a rush to do that right now?
