I don't know if you should go to the military or not but if you don't know what you want to get out of college and have a good plan to get it, do not go to college. I saw so many people just aimlessly going through college life, there's little benefit to going and not graduating, or graduating with a useless degree.

Drop your ego dummy and take your ass to CC. 2 years of community college - should cost you what? maybe 2-3K per semester tops then transfer with 2 years of work experience into a better paying job and work while in school at a university.
Go do a trade, you clearly aren't built to start a career.

I aint even join the military but I got a gang of partners in Fort Bliss. These nikkas are getting housing allowance, they get theirs college tuition taken care of and they get on the job experience if they aint a idiot and choose a shytty field. But alot of army nikkas fukk up big time by getting married for added benefits. DO NOT DO THIS.

This is definitely credited, if you know what career field you’d like to go into, then go for the college with the lowest price tags and best career opportunities. Especially if you’re self driven.
If you’re unsure, then the military may be an option, but it’ll be the same as school (only you’re paid to do it), show initiative in going for what you want, and maximize every single benefit available.
Get discharged and there are careers open, college is open, trade school is open, you’ll have connections and networks now set, you should be cool.

Finished high School in July and got the next year off. Already got a college offer but I dont want to go.
Only issue is that the UK military offers less than the US,has far more cacs and shyttier bases

going to college with ur friends + a bunch of in state and out of state p*ssy, playin ball, hitting up house parties VS waking up at 4-5am or whatever time they force u to get up, being around men 24-7, a lot of whom are racist crackers

But to the OP finesse the military don’t let it finesse you which means you better be in there taking them free college classes and having a job that is transferable to the civilian world.
Yes breh, I had several dii offers, but they were all extremely small schools with less than 2000 people in the middle of no where
I felt the work I was going to have to put in was not worth it.
And also, I feel as a black man there are more things I can do than dribble a ball.

You do not want to join the military as fukking enlisted instead of an officer..especially when you have scholarship offers already.
God gave you the gift of being good at basketball for a reason...why not use it to build a life?
