I dont give a shyt if Eiht snitched on me... this will always go down as a Top 10 joint

Of course it sounds goofy to a square.from reading that he had already invested the money and started the process years prior to filming and
that's not what I think and he obviously didn't wash shyt well
dude told on himself I mean the goddamn movie is about him and his life of drug dealing that's why it was seized. you sound goofy
this ain't no different than the dudes on insta n youtube advertising their crimes except he invested in a platform to do so![]()
I never said street cats use profound logic or make the most sound choices
True, but I watched a lot of indie movies in that era and the acting was decent in a lot of them. Sometimes the new actors add to the grittiness of the film.that's usually how it goes.

This one had a decent budget and production values, and I just expected better.
Your lawyer works for YOU. His job, by law, is to give YOU the best advice on the law, as it benefits YOU the most. If you didn't do anything illegal, your lawyer is going to tell you to tell the absolute truth. It's not his job to protect your co defendant, your brother, your friend, your mother, nobody but you.Something is fishy maybe those who know the law can chime in but why would mc Eiht said hisawyers told him to just tell the truth that he received money to play a film since he wasn't in dudes street activity and that he always accepts cash to rap anyways. Pleading the fifth is something I d like a coli with law knowledge can chime in cause he wasn't in the court room and someone mentioned that pleading the fifth is not applicable the way many folks think, then again I don't want to be part of that street shenanigans....im out![]()
nikkas always wanna be seen. It's not a music video.. You need all sorts of paperwork, insurance, permits, hiring multiple companies, legal paperwork, taxes, contractor contracts, unions, etc etc etc... And then the Feds been watching. Now you just getting bold on a whole other level. Time to shut it downRoughly same era as the film being discussed here. Saw ads for it, but never saw it in dvd spots.
Watched it a few years later on YouTube. Average hood flick.
By coincidence, Caine and Chauncey were both in it, and were great. Mostly everybody else was an amateur, and it showed.
article from after Supreme was convicted in 2007
Drug lord with hip-hop ties gets life in prison
McGriff was the founder of the Supreme Crew, a brutal drug gang that came out of the same Queens streets where platinum rappers 50 Cent and Ja Rule emerged years later. At its peak, the Supreme Team's network of dealers was making $200,000 a day, authorities said.
After McGriff did jail time on a drug conviction, he was released in 1997 and aligned himself with neighborhood friend and music mogul Irv "Gotti" Lorenzo.
Defense attorneys claimed McGriff's alliance was part of his plan to create movies and music. The one-time street thugs produced one film: "Crime Partners," a straight-to-video affair that featured Ja Rule, Snoop Dogg and Ice-T.
But prosecutors insisted McGriff returned to the drug business, operating in New York City and Baltimore. Lorenzo and his brother, Chris, were indicted with McGriff but acquitted at a separate trial on charges of using their label Murder Inc. to launder $1 million in drug money.
The jury's decision Friday followed another panel's Jan. 30 vote to execute the killer of two undercover police detectives — the first federal defendant sentenced to death in New York City since 1954. Both cases were heard in the same federal courthouse.
Nah he not but I hearing the dude spoke on mc Eiht in hisSo Eiht is also part of the company?
I'm learning now that jojo Capone speaking about about The Nate hill book about his life spoke on the book about mc Eiht in court.Your lawyer works for YOU. His job, by law, is to give YOU the best advice on the law, as it benefits YOU the most. If you didn't do anything illegal, your lawyer is going to tell you to tell the absolute truth. It's not his job to protect your co defendant, your brother, your friend, your mother, nobody but you.
UNLESS you and that other person have the same lawyer. Then comes the conflict of interest. The lawyer has to say what's best for both of you, even if that includes the lawful person, pleading the 5th, to save the unlawful person... Even when that course of action now puts the lawful person in danger. That's why it's seen as a snake move to get different lawyers (diddy and shyne). And seen as a good look when you pay for a great lawyer, who may cover your whole organization... But then, who's paying him and who is he REALLY loyal to? Bunch of factors.....
Nonetheless, Eiht's lawyer would tell him to just explain everything. Don't have them looking into things. Tell them what they want to hear and go home. Street nikkas gonna want you to go up there and say "I do not recollect said events" and "I plead the 5th." A lawyer would never tell you to do that unless it was saving you or another of their client's asses.
EDIT: Damn I good with the law
I swear I didn't watch that video until after I wrote this.. not only is he explaining exactly what I said, but using the same lawyer lingo... Yea I believe him.. Law and Order has served me well![]()
For a chicago nikka he seem to stay in New York and LA business. Whats up with that![]()

I'm learning now that jojo Capone speaking about about The Nate hill book about his life spoke on the book about mc Eiht in court.

True, you make a good point , the more I watch jojo videos the more it all makes sense. The movie menance to society I'm sure like he said he wasnt paid in cash or to put that aside, the interview with the son who witness mc Eiht at court and the book Nate hill wrote followed by the PoP A Lot youtube channel that had MC Eight voice recording, and the next week interview of Nate Hill himself is a landslide affect.Jojo just went along with what I said and others have too.. He said if dude paying you in cash and it's in a brown bag, then you should know it's not legal money.. And if they call you to court, you shouldn't say shyt...
In other words.. Take a perfectly legal gig and then go to federal court and lie about it to protect a nikka you never even met, when they already have the evidence of the money.......
