In the clip I saw, he referred to the dude as his mans

Didn’t see that one. But it could be one of those sayings like “my man said he wanted to give me 100Gs” the way I heard it sounds more likely. How would Eiht be good friends with some drug dealer from Chicago?

BECAUSE HE SAID CHICAGO
WAS HIS 2ND HOME
AND HE WAS THERE EVERY OTHER WEEKEND IN THE MID 90S.

IN THE INITIAL VID
JOJO MENTIONED MULTIPLE SETS
THAT TOOK CARE OF EIHT.

These dudes be pushing 50 still giving a fukk about street shyt are losers. I totally get that certain ideologies will always be a part of you, I still detest snitching but even in my active years, you play your role and stay from round this gossipy shyt. Never was into that...

I ainy got time to be going looking up another nikka history, life is too bountiful and WAY too many other things I rather do with my time. These old nikkas into this type gossip stuff wack as hell...

How is this a slippery slope?

He got payed to act in a movie.

it’s not like he got payed to drive work up i5 and got caught and snitched.

jo jo Capone is just on some bitter hater shyt, but that’s how a lot of Chicago/ Midwest nikkas are.

True, you make a good point , the more I watch jojo videos the more it all makes sense. The movie menance to society I'm sure like he said he wasnt paid in cash or to put that aside, the interview with the son who witness mc Eiht at court and the book Nate hill wrote followed by the PoP A Lot youtube channel that had MC Eight voice recording, and the next week interview of Nate Hill himself is a landslide affect.
It is what it is.

@jojocapone1 on Instagram: “IN HIS OWN WORDS ABOUT THE SITUATION NOW TO HIS HOMIES ACTING LIKE YALL DIDN'T KNOW HE A SNITCH ASK HIM WHY HE AINT TELL YALL ABOUT THIS…”
It’s all shakey. I will say JoJo is right about one part... if you don’t know and you’re not sure, then maybe you shouldn’t have taken the money. You knew it wasn’t on the up and up.

But Kim did a bid for her boyfriend. Not some nikka she never met. And they was shooting with her there. Not filming a movie somewhere.

Too many rules. Just be a citizen

So after listening to Eiht side of the story...I'm just not comfortable labeling the ngga a snitch. :yeshrug:

JoJo gotta another new rant out, talkin crazy too. Are cats in Compton or Eiht and his ppls lettin this chatty patty shyt ride? :patrice:

Everytime Jojo Capone is droppin some footage, he's talkin this Global Gangstas shyt, about all his connecs, and as if he's teflon untouchable. Is he really that strong in these streets still? :what:

This is why u really have to watch, how you deal wit nggas. IMO, this situation is no different than gettin pulled over, and your man has the work, or the glizzy on him, your unaware, and he don't cop to his own shyt, simultaneously dragging you into situation, and jammin you TF up. :mjpls:

What were dudes real intentions, once they fell? He should've made sure it was known, Eiht didn't know where that money was comin from, instead of jammin him up, in his own fukk shyt. :mjtf:

If anyone should've had an issue, it should've been Eiht, for the drug lord, gettin him caught up wit the law, put on their radar, and jammin him up in that drug case.
I been there. nikka had coke all up on him. On papers. With warrants.

We get pulled over and he gonna surprise me with “yo they gonna lock me up, hold this coke cause they won’t search you”

nikka you must be out your monkey ass mind. Shoulda told me from jump and I’d have hid it somewhere in the car. You wanna do a switch up now after the cops already got our ID? Nah

How exactly did they already know he was paid in cash? Cash doesn't leave a paper trail of any kind so who went on record stating that he was paid in cash to make him feel like "they already knew"? He could have told them he did that movie on the arm, because this Kingpin dude was someone who was trying to change his life so he wanted to help him. How could they disprove that in court? Did they check his bank deposits at the time? He was a fairly successful rapper, a big cash deposit could have came from anywhere. Sounds shaky...He's not a rat, not really, but he is kind of a clown.

If he denied it and they then checked his bank accounts, a simple "I dont know", "I can't recall", "Im a travelling rapper, I get lots of cash payments, i dont remember", etc... would suffice, pick one and ride, worst that would happen is a 13 month perjury sentence...at least you're not hurting your dude more than he is already hurt
Feds got a 99% conviction rate. They fukking know. They don’t even start trials if there’s a chance they’re losing. Feds don’t play and everyone knows it. Which is why everyone starts telling. They are a different animals with unlimited resources and manpower.

The thing is, Eiht was a whole active gang banger at the time, by his own admission, participated in drive-bys and all that. This ain't some happy-go-lucky nikka fresh off the porch. He knew what was up.
Yep

Eiht not innocent he knew the consequences of fuccn with a dope boy he just ain't think the feds was on the nikka

This the same eiht that got so much to say about how 2pac should've been moving

Edit: how the fukk I miss this day on the coli

In 2009 during the investigation carried out by Greg Kading, Davis was given the opportunity of a plea bargain with the LAPD against his drug dealing charges. Davis accepted and gave a statement that contained vital information such as who gave the gun to Orlando Anderson and who shot the gun. Kading originally approached Davis as a suspect in the murder of Wallace.

Confession to the PublicEdit

On July 2, 2018, Davis confessed to having a role in the killing of Tupac after revealing he is dying of cancer.[13] He went on to say he was the passenger in the white Cadillac on the night of the incident. He refused to name the other suspects in the car but confirmed that the shooter was Orlando Anderson, his nephew, and that it was out of retaliation for getting jumped at the MGM Grand earlier and the $1 million bounty by Puff Daddy.

Above the fray.
Lisa Raye speak on this at all?
Her big break role was Player's Club from 1998. This Reasons film was shot in 94/95.

She was probably a bit character in the film.
Her, Eiht, and the late Bernie Mac were probably the only cast members who had entertainment careers. I'm sure the Feds had the other cast members come in too.

When the convicted dude wrote his book, he's only going to mention stars when talking about the film. He mentioned Lisaraye only to portray 8 as soft by comparison.

25 year old street shyt only matters to dudes who were active back then.
