They're taking a fantastic movie that was serious and could touch on real social and psychological topics, similar to The Dark Knight, and they are making it into some bullshyt in order to play to Lady Gaga's strengths...or rather...to hide her poor acting abilities.
If people think this is going to be some new Walk the Line (2006) they are sadly mistaken.
