As for the Dungy's and the former players rallying, they never had any power, which really speaks to guys like Tomlin and Dungy being able to navigate those waters as long as they did/do. Most black people won't admit it but black players aren't as hard in the paint like they are on message boards. The ones that are coached by Dabo Swinney, Jimbo Fisher, Nick Saban types.
