But why can't we regulate them the same way we do a drivers license at the very least?
Drivers have to take tests to get licensed, they have to have insurance, they have to register their vehicles, and they have to renew each of these at least once a year.

I’ll do you one even better. He said it in the video. We should register guns like we have to register to vote. Voting is a right whereas driving isn’t. No one seems to be against that. Hell Republicans want people to have even more documentation to do so.

Jon Stewart did a great job. This is how you counteract stupid right wing positions. Unfortunately milquetoast journalists in mainstream media don't do this because they're so obsessed with being balanced. And most Americans don't have the attention spans to listen to someone fully deconstructing right wing arguments. Most right wing policies are untenable and why this country is in the fukked up position that its in today.
