I will say, John Stewart was in position to do something serious with the youth. Colbert had pull, too. I was one of those kids who got my news from the Daily Show lol Everyone was staying up late watching this stuff that we didn’t fully understand yet. He could’ve pushed farther, but I respect what he did, fighting for the 9/11 responders.
He did some heroic shyt and he’ll always have my respect for that.
