Dumars ain't torching shyt he wasn't even that great of a scorer :heh:

And now you acting like Dumars was physically imposing? He was a 6'3 SG. :comeon:

Do you really think Joe Dumars is as good a scorer as a prime Isaiah Thomas? :mjlol:

Also, I'm not sure what Beal losing to Boston in the playoffs has to do with anything, Dumars is not a more skilled player than Bradley Beal. If you have eyes you can easily see that.
Yes nikka easily. Wtf

Dumars was quick, explosive and get buckets with ease blowing by defenders, could shoot. Then he would get up in ya ass defensively

Dumars was a two way player, in the modern NBA he would average over 25ppg easily

His numbers aren’t as gaudy as nikkas today cuz he was a team oriented player that actually put elite effort on both side of the court

And even STILL Dumars has seasons up to par statically with Beal’s best :heh:

And even STILL Dumars has had better seasons statically than Beal’s best :heh:
Lol that's bullshyt. Dumars best statistical season was him playing 40 minutes per game. :camby:

Beal is bigger and more skilled than Dumars period. I'm arguing with the same guy that believes current LeBron is the same as a 40 year old Michael Jordan on the Wizards shooting 41%. :camby:

Damn OP, you swung at this one :snoop:

Context man, teams NEVER built around an All Star SG until MJ, that's why you had mechanics and cable repairmen at that position. He dominated during a big-heavy era, and after that teams and GMs found that you can actually build around a SG to be successful (Kobe).

That's like the reverse today saying Draymond's opposition during the GSW title runs, where the league now is focused on shooters rather than bigs.

But I digress, MJ did play against scrubs though :mjlol:
MJ came in a scoring PG tho. The Bulls didn't know how to use him. He couldn't shoot but he could get to the hole at will

notice the difference. MJ squaring up and taunting his opponent while Bron backing up Barea at the 3 point line

why are you posting a pic of Ewing getting double teamed :mindblown:

Jordan was a mutant that changed the game to get more size and athletic defenders on the wing.

Remember, it was still up in the air whether MJ was going to be a SG or SF when he came into the league. Not his fault he took full advantage of the size and athletic deficiencies at the 2.
It's not. MJ shytted on who was in front of him. Can blame him for something we credit him for. That said, he played in an easier league for his style of ball. The didn't play in today's zone defense era.

Na!!!

And I always laugh at that quote and how it validates a point..... cuz even MJ didn’t know who them bums was on other teams:mjlol:

Drexler would be decent today, the others would be average.

Thunder Dan would probably just be about as good as any other white boy in the league

But I don’t think any of them would be killing it

A lot of nikkas like when Basketball was basic and ignorant not realizing that would have benefited the stars of today if they had that advantage

He has stats that are very comparable. Plenty of legends from past averaged ridiculous minutes

Beal is bigger and has skills but you act as if Dumars’ size would deter him from being elite in the modern NBA. The era in which 6’1” Lou Williams can average damn near 23ppg, a player that is smaller, less athletic, less explosive, and not as skilled as Joe D.

Beal isn’t on Dumars defensively even if I concede that he has a slight edge on offense. But y’all go ahead and slight the dude that eviscerated the Showtime Lakers in the Finals.

The guy Jordan said was the toughest mothafukka he had to work over... yeah, he would be a damn scrub today :comeon:

P.S. Joe D was a waaaaaaaay better playmaker than Beal.

That's because Jordan redefined the position, he had these type of PFs and Centers always waiting at the rim though:

And slap yourself if you think Dumars, Drexler, Hawkins and ESPECIALLY Thunder Dan wouldn't thrive in today's no touch league.
You just threw random great centers out. Jordan didn’t play most of these guys in the playoffs breh.
