You just unwittingly illustrated the point. Cops got called for DV and a weapon, they found no evidence of either violation so they popped him for weed.

Cops got called for DV on Johnny and despite evidence suggesting she had been hurt (abrasions on her arm) and despite his admission of drinking (he was driving at the time) they acted reasonably and just let him go.

the cops were called on johnny because he was driving recklessly. they were in a car, no one saw him doing shyt, come on breh.

and he was under the limit for drinking. you can have a few beers early in the day and still drive later on.
