Lol, I see both sides here. Common sense says have some decorum and don't piss of the judge. But if the courts are letting people attend from home via zoom then what do they expect?

I don’t know. If I’m attending court via zoom I won’t be a fakkit and abuse the convenience like she is.
They keep trying to enforce decorum remotely
I know a judge has authority over their courtroom, and can hold you in contempt for your appearance, but do they have authority over your home? I wonder if its constitutional for a judge to tell you how to dress and possibly hold you in contempt over your appearance at home? Seems like an overreach that was brought out, out of necessity during covid, but wasn't legally thought all the way through.
they try this with someone rich and powerful enough to take it to the supreme court and it might not go the way they expect.

Zoom court is STILL COURT! Working from Home means it's STILL A JOB! I have no idea why people want to play with a legal system that is already stacked against nikkas now
And all you gonna hear is the judge is kewn for locking a single black mom and seperating her from her children.
Arguing with a judge is not the move. Whatever punishment she would get could be doubled because she kept arguing with him instead of responding yes sir/no sir.
Sure, what ever you say can be held against you in zoom court. i would expect her arguing with the judge will surely affect his rulings
But how would wearing house clothes inside of a house be construed as criminal? without some sort of overreach?

I feel like if the judge doesn't like how she is behaving during a zoom, his best and most fair action would simply be to cancel the hearing and require her to appear in person. Doesn't seem legal to me to tell people how they should dress inside their own home.
