You right, who am i to question my rights? I will do as i am told without question forever:manny:

What if she doesn't have a car?
What if she can't pay for gas?
What if you can't pay for car repairs?
What if uber is too expensive?
What if there's no public transportation?

The coli complains about 'Systematic Racism' day and night, but here we have it showing some constraint by letting this black woman stay home. Does she take advantage of it? No. She goes about it her own ignorant way. Hopefully the judge makes her black ass drive to court or catch a ride next time.

Thats all i am saying he should do. If they wanna play with you don't give them the option for a zoom call. send them to court.

But i also am simultaneously saying i don't see anywhere when they can compel you legally how to dress at home.

Court dates don't just pop up the morning of. Could have been planned lunch.
Not only that, she could’ve requested the shyt in person if it was too much of a hassle to do it online. That is also her “right” but her court appearance was a requirement.

People ass backwards and purposely trying not to use critical thinking or common sense.

Lol, I see both sides here. Common sense says have some decorum and don't piss of the judge. But if the courts are letting people attend from home via zoom then what do they expect?
Speaking as one who's done it

They expect to uphold the same decorum that's expected in the courtroom

They don't have to let u stream from home

They can require u to show up at the courtroom at 9am in the morning and wait around all day for the judge like they used to

I waited a half hour max from the time I was told to log in. They give u a log in time

She couldn't make breakfast beforehand? She need to eat every 30 min or she gonna die?

Women never do anything wrong :troll:

The Truth
These are worded very specifically to sound like requests rather than law. Too many uses of the word "generally" and "should" rather "Will Not" or "Can Not" almost makes me think i was right and that they know they have no authority. and are just trying to pressure you into cooperation.
Courtrooms often operate on precedence though, so until someone takes up the supreme court. they will get away with it

What :what:

This is what I, me personally, asked The Coli’s new favorite master “AI”, since I don’t remember and nikkas here believe in AI so much, and this was the response it gave.

Do you guys understand what guidelines are? Do you understand you must agree to guidelines before you do certain shyt? How have people been living life and not understand this, you sign guidelines for shyt damn near everyday.

You have the same/similar “guidelines” when you appear in person

I’m starting to think black people as a whole have an accountability problem.
